The Libyan Federation of Football organized a five-nation friendly tournament in Benghazi for participants in next year's African Cup of Nations and Olympics 2000 Qualifying.
Libya is the only country not participating in the Nations Cup having been knocked out in the preliminary qualifying rounds.
Competitors in this competition were the U-23 sides from Ghana and Cameroon and the senior teams of Cote d'Ivoire, Togo and Libya.
